Hereford Community Land Trust held its AGM on 14th November 2019 at The Point4, Hereford. Because of the heavy rain and localised flooding, attendance was low, but there was a sufficient numbers to consider the governance issues – approving the 2018/2019 annual accounts and electing and/or re-electing the board members as per the Agenda.
Other matters considered
• Overview of the progress made in discussions with the Council on small sites for possible redevelopment
• Update on conversations with private landowner on possible sites
• Update on the progress of grant applications, both for restricted and unrestricted Funding
Minutes will be posted in the AGM folder in due course
