Five members of HCLT ran a stall in Hereford’s High Town during the day, chatting to people about our aims and what we hoped to achieve. We had offers of help from an architect, interest from people who needed somewhere suitable to live in Hereford and also from people who simply supported our aspirations. We also chatted with people visiting Hereford from places as far apart as Nantwich and Exeter, and from countries as widely spread as Russia and Syria. It thus proved to be a much more varied day in terms of contacts made than we possibly imagined.
