The FT has an interesting article today - 10th December. Headlined "Voters face stark choice to fix the UK's housing market" it highlights the low level of activity in the sector and, in particular, the lack of affordable housing. Community Land Trusts, although a small part of the sector, do deliver genuinely affordable accommodation.
